IMS LLC contract staff will perform functional duties while taking ‘day to day’ direction from client management and working as part of the client’s cross-functional team.

2)    Training

IMS LLC can provide experienced instructors to train client teams. Subjects include:

a)    Program / project management methodology

b)   Lean Six Sigma tools

c)    Other training tailored to needs of client

3)    Consulting

IMS LLC consulting staff can interact with client management and staff to provide advice, facilitation, coaching, methodology and business tools to help the client organization to achieve desired results.  For example:

a)    Assess, advise and assist, e.g.:

·         Project / program status.

·         Extraordinary issues / ‘fire fighting’.

·         Organization of client teams or departments.

b)   Periodically monitor and report, e.g.:

·         Financial / timing / technical / issues

c)    Utilization of data and statistical methodologies.
